2024/25 Budget Question and Answer Session

Overview

We’d like to answer YOUR questions on next year’s budget.  

Each year we must set a balanced budget, which sets out our spending and investment plans and how our services will be funded.   

The budget must also take account of new cost-pressures as well as making sure all our services are as efficient as possible. Crucially, for the coming year, no reductions are planned to council services.  

We know budgets can be complicated and we want to answer some of your questions at our online question and answer event, which will be streamed live on our Youtube Channel at 1pm on Wednesday, January 31.
