Local Plan Scoping Consultation

Overview

We are starting to prepare a new Local Plan for Northumberland. This plan will guide how the area grows and changes in the future, including how we meet housing needs and respond to important economic, social, and environmental challenges.  

Before preparing a new Local Plan, we are carrying out a scoping consultation.  The purpose of this consultation is to seek views on what the plan should include and how future consultation should be carried out.
