Consent Statement
Before you begin the survey, it is important to understand why this work is being conducted and what your involvement might include.
This project seeks to improve our understanding of people’s lived experience of mental health, support systems and areas for improvement. The information gathered will help to inform service planning and strategy development around public mental health in the future.
Responses will only be used for the purposes of Northumberland County Council's mental health needs assessment and strategy, including reporting or service planning. Results will be presented in summary form so will not identify you. The full needs assessment will be published on Northumberland County Council’s Joint Strategic Needs and Asset Assessment website and presented to its Health and Wellbeing Board.
