1. Do you agree with disregarding 100% of the housing element of Universal Credit for applicants to the working age Council Tax Support scheme?
2. Do you agree with the reduction of the band 2 discount level from 90% to 85%?
3. Do you agree with the reduction of the band 3 discount level from 70% to 65%?
4. Do you agree with the reduction of the band 4 discount level from 40% to 35%?
5. Do you agree with retaining the band 1 discount level at 100% to ensure those with the lowest incomes receive full discount?
6. Do you agree with retaining the band 5 discount level at 20%?

The proposed scheme continues to support the lowest income working age households by allowing awards up to 100%, however other households may see a reduction in support. The scheme is easier for people to understand and less complicated to manage.
